help t100 battery always charging even without charger

hi got 2 t100 the 1 is flash to a 108 there other is standard t100 but they are both showing the batery charging with out the charger conected.

alsi the t100 is insert sim card even with the sim inserted any help please

Maybe software problems ? it seems to be a problem for some t100 no body can halp us ?
