SL55 killed by The Clip; Bootcore corrupted. Please help

Dear Friends,

I tried to unlock a SL55 with the clip and now it is dead.

Phone can be flashed by WinSwap, but after flashing the program cann't ping the phone.

I try to flash FuBu with Freia and get error " Boot file is not accepted".

How can i solve the problem?

TRy with freie and make sure you selected correct bootcore.
(Use new bootcore and if it does not work try the other 2..)
With which clip you killed it? (maybe good idea to contact your seller.. you have support? )

Dear Friends,

The Clip i used is the famous Griffin Team clip.

It is supplied by 4 AA batteries, it is fully updated (the 9th update is loaded).
I know how to use the clip, since i have unlocked more than 50 siemens, till now.

I just ordered the Siemens Martech box, which costs less than the phone i killed and can flash all dead siemens models.

PS. yes...martech box is good sollution. i have it too besides the clip. saves me from trouble in case something goes wrong. but if bootcore wa erased u will need more than martech...

I have also unlocked 2 or 3 SL55 by the Clip and many other siemens models. But this time the clip disapointed me and made me feel unarmed.
Actually Clip is a quick and "safe" solution for people that know a little about phones.

I tried all Freia versions with all the possible combinations, but always get the "boot file error" message.

On the other hand, since the phone accepts flash, i think and hope that Martech can revive it.

I will keep you informed.

Cracked Martech can do very little.. it just flash you can try of course but I think you are going to have to find someone with Official Martech box or buy one.

Best solution for repairing any new siemens killed by clip or by any soft is first of all never flash it with any flash, just write the same version eeprom and if you have martech use repair imei section and then unlock phone is alive, if you dont have martech just use write same version eeprom and then make a log and then map and write to phone and phone ok, test 100% by me. So next time if some one kills phone with clip or any soft just use this solution but be sure to read phone version or eeprom version before you do unlock.
