oxygen 2.1.5 what am i doing wrong

I`ve got a 7250 and a data cable, connects to the phone at the bottom i forget the technical term for these kind of cables. I can read data from the phone but i can`t seem to write data to the phone, java applets fail to load as do ringtones and i cant even figure out how to load pictures on to it :(,

please help someone!!!

hehe ok i seem to have got splinter cell loaded, must be for the wrong phone its squashed on the left side :(
