Any other idea? may be using a different code type?...

Hi, for your information, I found out on another forum that Movistar Spain sometimes use 21402 instead of 21407 (automatically selected by Calc). That was the reason why I couldn't unlock it. Now it is done and working fine. It may be useful information for the unlock program designer to keep this exception in mind.
