At night a attempted to read KI,IMSI from a card(Easy Eurotel-slovakia),A38 Limit was 63488,at 36238 i got the message-Fatal Error: Run A38 error!SIM is probably blocked!
But SIM card is not blocked.It is a gratis card from Eurotel(Orange SK has much more costumers than Eurotel-so Eurotel delt out gratis cards to get more costumers).Card was activated.Morning i was able to call,but now it cant find network.
What can be the problem??

Your card has limit running..
Can't find ki anymore and card is now probably destroyed.. if this happens card has not always to be destroyed.

You should always use A38 limit ON...
Your card just has lower running.. it can be damaged yet..
No way of reading ki on that card..
