Forgetten Security Number! HELP!!!

Hi,
I got a 3510i which i lent out to my brothers friend but now that he has given it back it said for me to pu tin my security code which he had changed to a different number which was 18...... and it says code error does anyone know a way of finding out the code ? I have a data cable so maybe a software can show you ?

The file is fine its your computer is missing library files.

search for them on google.com

It noramlly tells you whats missing

I don't know what files they are as it works fine on my PC because I have installed something at some point that has the files it needs at a guess mscomm32.ocx will be one.
