Making WAP site.

Hi.

I think having own WAP site is a very good thing.
You can download 100% working games without PC.


Only some questioms now: Is it free to make geosites page, I have tagtag site, I must post link of .jad and .jar files there or not?

If it isn't hard for You explane me, how can I do this.

well from my experience it is possible to link your files from tagtag to geocities for download. however, geocities might not be allowing to upload files with extensions such as *.jad or *.jar

if go on geocities file manager the click and set up a breifcase you can link to the files from there :) :)

Hi, Farsh you can now upload you files to tagtag and its even easier to link to them now also tones and images can be uploaded. make sure you upload the games to the "your games" area and they all appear in a list on the right and just click the names to make a link to the game.

I have my own tagtag wapsite and i do not use them to upload the games as they only give you about 1mb. I use Geocities they give you 15mb, you do not need to bother with the .jad files, just upload the .jar files to the filemanager (you do not need to set up a briefcase). Once the files are uploaded you will need the URL of each file to add to your tagtag site.

My site is for the 3510i and has about 320 games, almost 1000 wallpapers and more.

best way is to upload to a geocities site and just put a link to the jar file on the tagtag site.

i've setup an account on tagtag but am unable to find a way to setup a separate section to upload some of my tones.. how can i do that such that anybody finding those particular ones can view my section separately.. i mean can i upload these tones directly to my tagtag wapsite..?? pls help i'm a beginner..

Yes, you can upload files to tagtag, however once uploaded, it will be assigned by an ID or code. That certain ID will be used for downloading from a mobile phone via WAP. And I don't think you can use that for your wapsite in tagtag. You might wanna use Geocities for storing your files and just make a hyperlink on your wapsite.
