can anbody explain information about msid and algo in calculating faid.

FlashAuthorityID calculation Algorithm by Zulea

From Zulea: "Here come the algorithm for calculate the "FlashAuthorityID" This is necessary after flashing Nokia phones with other version/PPM language to update the 'EEPROM area'. In this way the phone will LOG (find) the network. Sorry, this is only for smart guys now.

Here is the Algorithm:
The inputs for this algorithm are:
- 13 bytes Phone MSID
- Checksum of flash parts
The output are:
- 12 bytes "Flash_Authority_ID"

do you have the program of tek the msid info i need it badly i lost my program downloaded last march because of a virus. can u post it. not the faid calc but the msid info by tek
