3650 securiyy code reset please help

hi i have a 3650 which needs the security code resetting i have used a couple of tools with a data lead but they do nothing is there any software out there which will sort this out for me

erm, if u explore ard ur fone in the settings, u can set the fone to factory settings, meaning format.

or press *#7370# to format it.

I cant get into the phone to explore it

den try holding 3, * and the call button, den power on, it shld format. other wise, u haf to send to nokia.

Thanks for your help i sorted it out with sofware called Nokia fbus by Maestro v0.25 ... if you use it make sure the simcards NOT in the phone coz it wont work if you leave it in
