it is able someone to point out me as to mend a Box Motofix that introduces this defect:

The Sw TAU Epsilon recognizes the Box, but when they connect the telephones and him to him it presses the key pwr, they don't open the dialogue boxes on the window of the sw and the telephone he extinguishes.

My Motofix is of the last generation and doesn't have the two separate pcb.

have u checked connections?

who is your resseler and how old is the box?
