Hello, recently i tried to download a poly ring tone from a site that sent me a wap connection i selected retreive from the menu (i think i should have saved instead) however my phone had a fit and eventualy went dead wont even charge (or show its charging) what is wrong with a simple every day action any help please. regards.thanks. :-? what do i need to do and how ??

You should go to the service because your software is dead... It's nothing special; just don't use internet on your phone in the future and everything will be just fine ;)
