AT&T U.S.

I used MCC-MNC 31038 and it didn't work.. should I use 24407?

FONE NOT RESTRICTED = Fone is already un locked
FONE RESTRICTED = Fone is still locked

if you get Code ERROR = Imei not correct

Double checked IMEI as 351102/50/100549/9

Phone is definitely still SIM locked, and is AT&T.

should we try code with MNC + MCC set as 500 series instead of 501/502?
