6210 is dct3, and you can change it's imei using a mbus cable and the software called Knok95, which can be found for free here in the forum or somewhere else in the net.

and just for the information, even though i believe you already know that - imei changing is illegal.

So why tell him how to do it???????

Not having a go but I just beleive that we should not help people to do illegal stuff.

Best Regards

Knowledge is free to have (anyway some knowledge.. and you can find it all over the net how to change imei..)
and in some country's changing imei is not illegal.. (They just do not have any law for it so.. )

@Mark

there is a point in what you are saying, but our forum, and forums in general, are for sharing knowledge and information. he asked a question, and i gave him the information he was looking for, but also told him that it is illegal.

NokiaFREE, it's moderators and it's members are not responsible for things others might do with the information given to them, our resposbility is to give the information for whoever asks for it, and let them know it is illegal, if they want to do it - it's on their own risk.

besides that, modifying flash files is also somewhat illegal, because it's modifying a software created by someone else (nokia), and using it. also, some of the links posted here are linking to sites that contain warez, or polyphonic ringtones created without permission from the authors - it is endless. so if we want to turn the forum into a place that completely cannot help people do illegal acts in any way, we will be left with nothing..

Shooting people is illegal, but any specialist magazine (from any common news shop) will tell you where to buy a gun..

It's not illegal to own a gun, but it is however illegal to to own the software to change a IMEI.
