We used the "+1" unlocking code as posted originally (which we were later told was wrong). We received the message saying ""Phone Restrictions Off"". While the phone accepts other sim cards, after a few minutes a message appears on screen saying ""Sim Card Rejected"". We then tried the corrected "+1" code, and the master "+7" but just get the message ""Phone was not restricted"". Can anyone offer any suggestions?

switch phone on, then remove battery. insert battery again, switch phone on.

we've tried that, but unfortunately it did not cure the problem.

no, after provding the right code, there should be no problem at all - your phone seem to be defective! Does it work with the original simcard at the moment?
