try first if phone is locked with another simcard - e.g. t-mobile or attws

if phone says "simcard not accepted", then try code from crashynot

Yes you can as "gsm community "
to see if it aint unlocked already
or if you dont have a other sim card to try u can use the
test CODE

DON'T USE TEST CODE!!! As it counts as a failed attempt if phone is locked!!!!
