Nokia 3650 sim unaccepted

Hello, I have a problem with a 3650 my friend gave me. We tried to get it unlocked from the att service, but it didnt work. The problem is it won't accept the ATT sim anymore, nor my tmobile, or the Cingular one either. What is the problem? And how can i fix it.

sounds like you have corrupted the software on the phone, it will need to be re=flashed with the software again, or if it's under a year old take it too a Nokia Service centre and plead ignorance !! they will repair it for free
