8390 Op. logo

hey, you guys recently helped me unlock my 8390 after switching from rogers to fido (thx a lot!) okay heres the prob i don't have infrared on my comp or data cable. So my freinds just send me stuff, i can recieve&save group logos or ringtones, but when i get operator logos i can veiw them and then i click save, and thats the last i see of them....how could this be, would it be because of my software version (7.0 I think) or cause my ram is locked. PLease help me, i can't think why they keep diappearing, btw it says FIDO on the screen right now....

P.S is it seems my gprs is locked, can it be unlocked too?

I want to swich from roger to fido too, can you help me, the phone in lock by roger now and i want to use it whit fido card thx
