Anybody know why I cant delete the file fido.jpg from my gallery on my 7210? the phone says its a system file, and it has the copyright bit turned on, any software I can use to get rid of it? its pissing me off, I dont want anything to do with fido on my phone. Can i overwrite it with a different file but with the same name? how?

If i get my phone re-flashed, will I overwrite my gallery? say i get a generic SW for my 7210, will it get rid of the fido.jpg image? and will it unlock my SET 1 of my browser settings? thanks.
