will there be a problem if I have both phones swiched on at the same time?

Especially if they are both connected to the same bluetooth headset?

I am not going to be doing this intentioanlly, but I only have one bluetooth headset, and 2 capable phones.

Well your provider is going to notice that..
so I think it will not be good idea..
and also they can not work both at same time.. (you never know which phone will get the sms or which phone wil get the call...)
