nokia 7210 question

i found a 7210 and would like to keep it but when i put any sim in i get the message sim card registration failed is there a way to unlock?? if thats what i have to do or shall i throw it in the bin???

you found a nokia 7210 thats cool, but the phone is blocked by the provider, so you have to throw it out, is it compelete or not? are you you anywere in aus.
