help with my 6600.. plzzz

i was trying to install a game called ntvjackass or something, but it terminated by itself in the middle of the installation due to some errors... it leaves an icon named [41dfg41] in the menu, i looked up in the manager and couldnt find it being listed there for uninstallation.... how do i delete the icon ? thanks !

Well i had no probs with it on my 6600, but just delete it with SeleQ or something.
