Unlock Gd75

Hi i need to unlock a panasonic gd75. i can get in to the unlock menu but is there any software out there to read the codes from this handset in the same way as for the GD87 etc. ?

also could i use a panasonic GD92 cable for this fone i know it works for the GD 67- 87- AND 88.
