Psiloc Total irRemote 1.32

I just formated my telephone, and when i reinstalled Psiloc Total irRemote 1.32 i cant get into the program..

when i start irRemote it just pops back to menu!?!

ive tried to install it on memcard and telephone memory.. dosnt work on any..

why is this happening?!
