Plz annyone help me ?

yup, baselsw said it, enter it on ur fone, den enter ur sec code, den wait, dun stop the format process, or ur fone is screwed.

How can i backup my phonelist ?

use smartvcard, open it and select export, youll be asked to give a name of it and where to save it, go find it in Seleq or fexplorer whatever u use..then send it to your pc via infrared...once you have formatted your phone, then install smartvcard again and transfer the back up back to your fone, open smartvcard, select import and find the file in seleq or fexplorer whatever you use..your contacts should be back :) good luck :D

or u can use pc suite to back it up.

say, wat happened to ur fone? u seem desperate to format it.
