OK, I'm trying to use Flashtone Lite v2.10 to modify my 3310 tone flash.

I changed two tones, but they sound weird..crappy..

Any idea??

and I want to know more bout the menu interface..

What is:

a) Play Rate (25, 28, 31, 35,.....)
b) Scale (1, 2, 3, 4, 5,.....)
c) Duration (1/4, 1/8, 1/16,.....)

So, what is the normal/best setting for Play Rate, Scale, and Duration??

<Thanks>

If you load a nokia ringtone.txt file the. a) b) c) will set them self because the info is in the file
e.g Avril lavine Imwithyou:d=4,o=5,b=225,l=15:e,e,2h,8p,16p,e.t.c.
dont know why they sound funny though i had no probs with software.

Why do you all use flashtone?
I know a much more powerful tool:
Melody2Firmware by Zdenek Jindra
It can be downloaded here:

http://nokiafree.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=10342

included in the package are my favorite 60 tones.

Tell me your results!
Happy new year!
