unlock t68i pls

hi guys, I'm new here at sony ericsson.
anyways... I need help 'coz a friend of mine needs his T68i get unlock.
Problem is I don't know what info I should provide and how to get it.
how can I get the serial no? what to press? :-? stuffs like that. thanks. :)
