problem with my 3650 os

hi :)
when I try used camera; i' ve the folowing message:
video recorder :

memory full
close some application and try again
and ther's not other appliacation runing ; :sad:

same for melody compositer
i cant compose a new melody or modify the existing when i tey to do it i've the folowing message :

composer : feature note supported !
so i'think that i must install another version of framware; so whene i can finde it?and how can'i install it :D
