Dead Mars

I've got Mitsubishi Trium Mars MT-050 which become freeze. After removing battery it's gone dead.I've flashed it wiht IPLv.2.90 many times wiht variosu flashes but not succes to power up. Also never succes to read or write eprom into.
Does anyone has and idea whet could it be? Maybe some hardware or?
Also there is battery inside which one was less then 3,5V, I've changed it before but nothing!

u need to resolder ram and maybe change eeprom

then flash good eeprom and flash file in this order in it.
they myst be pair eeprom and flash file
