So i was just wondering, why is it that Nokia can find and stop just about any site out on the web that is hosting ngage games, but they can not stop irc?

But its still pirating software, and you can still get in trouble for it.

yup, but piracy is unavoidable. when theres a demand, someone will supply, its tt simple. and to stop it, wat other way, but to lower the price of stuff, or make it more security buffed up?

There are too many irc-servers out there. Even if nokia would contact the staff of some irc-server hosting a channel with illegal material on them, the ones spreading the stuff would just move to another channel, or another server if they get banned. Of course there are servers which are in countries that dont have such a strict copyright laws, which "harbor" ppl spreading illegal material. Then there are admins that just dont care too. So its too massive job for any company.
