Data cable and Flash cable

Are these the same cable or are they different kind of cables?
I bought a data cable for my 3310,do I have to buy a flash cable now or this is a flash cable too?

if your datacable have 4 pin ,than you can built dejan flasher to use with your 4pin connector as flasher.
