What exactly is Sims cloning

I was wondering what exactly is sims cloning and why would someone need to do it? Also I was wondering if it was a way to get free cell phone usage? If not can someone steer me in the right direction to getting free cell usage. I have a Nokia 3595 that I was getting service from AT&T wireless in the U.S.A. Also the problem that I have with my phone is that it is asking me the a PUK code can I also get help with this

Sim cloning=making a copy of an existing simcard
You can do it:
-if you have more simcards and want to have them on 1 sim(blank cards are capable to store up to 16in1),so if you want to use the other,dont need to change the cards,just select from the menu or by restarting the phone.
-if you loose the original,you still have the copy(and it can be used normally as the original-i damaged mine and now im using the copy)
-if you clone somebodys card,you can make calls from it(i dont know if we can use the 2 same simcards at one time,i dont tested it yet)

extra credit is not possible,because these informations about credit,CLIP,CLIR,ROAMING,... are stored on the server(on the net) and not on the simcard.
PUKed cards are not possible to clone

I want to know the step by step procedure to make a copy of simcard (sim cloning), Can u kindly explain me the following,

1. How to make sim cloning?

2. what are all the requirements to make sim cloning ie, software and hardware?

3. From where I can get the software (download link) and other
requirments.

4. Can we overwrite a expired simcard of other providers to back up our
sims?

5. What is puked cards and Why can't we clone it?

Kindly tell me how can I proceed for cloning my simcard, Please help me.

Hi!
1.,2.,-see the attachment(theres written exactly the procedure and all the info you need).You can visit simemu website for the new configurator program!!
3.-you can purchase them(hardware) from the web(ucables,...dont ask,i dont know),or build at home(if you want the schematics,use the search button,you will find!)
4.original simcards are not possible to program/erase/overwrite.expired simcards are unusable.
5.if you type in more than 3 times wrong PIN,you get a PUKed card.Unfortunately,PIN and PUK codes are impossible to read out.If you want to clone a card you will need PIN code,and once its PUKed,you cant clone it until ist unPUKed(puk code is typed in).
if you have PUKed card and you dont know the PUK code,you cant clone that card.

1. I have seen so many softwares available in the net to read and write
Sims, Which one should be used as easily and effectively?

2. Is there Blank sims available for programming, and Pl. let me know
the details about them.

3. After getting all the needs how to clone the sims, a step by step
procedure is requiered for me, from ur great experience.

4. What are all the SW/HW U used to get the successful cloning of ur Sim?
