A way has been found to install apps on your 3650 with ONLY a MMC card reader.

1. Get the file manager of your choice (.SIS) on your computer.
2. Rename it to name.JPG
3. Transfer it to your MMC using the card reader
4. Open "Messaging>New Message", and select "E-mail message"
5. It will ask for a Mailbox and network crap to be defined. Here enter any junk values (for addresses make sure it is address format and for servers t.t.t format) that you want and save the settings.
6. After saving the settings, you can create an E-mail message. Here, choose the "Options>Attachments" and "Insert>Image". This will allow you to choose the image that you want to insert as an attachment. Browse to your MMC's Images folder and select name.JPG file that you copied earlier.
7. After the attachment is added, select it and choose "Options>Open".
8. The operating system recognizes that it's actually a SIS file and installs your file explorer!

You can now use your MMC reader to transfer files directly on the card, and use your file explorer to install them.

get a fexplorer, den follow wat tis faq saes, install fexplorer to ur fone 1st. tt is done, send watever u wan to ur fone, use fexplorer to install blzinstaller. send stuff using ur usb cable.

mate i get all of it appart from the sending it to your phone part, i dnt know how to do that

http://my-symbian.com/7650/download/search.php, den search for fexplorer, and download, its a free ware application.

to send files, plug ur fone, go to my computer, ur fone shld be seen as e: in there, juz click and drag.

OMG..... Then check which is the new Drive u see in your com.
if u have 1 floppy, 2 hdd n 2 cd, then floppy wld be a:
Hdd can be C: and D:
Cd player Maybe E:
CD writer maybe F:

So pls check which is which then u will find out which is the new one....
Meaning that will be yer n-gage????

Anyway why don't u just email it to yer phone if u don't understand, i mean FExplorer is only 81KBs

OKm i follow this word for word, but it doesnt work. I have my fexplorer.sis sitting on my desktop. I renamed it to whatever.JPG and i then connected my N-gage to my PC using the USB cable. I double clicked on the MMC card and it shows me whats in it. I didnt have one, so i created a folder called pictures. I then put the 'whatever.JPG' into this folder. I create a new email, then go to add an image attachment, i select from mmc card, i look for my newly created pictures folder and nothing shows up. So i guess my ngage is not fooled into thinking its a JPG...

I really need it installed so i can actually 'do' stuff so any other suggestions?

PS, my sim aint registered yet so emailing it is out of question!

I did read about this on another forum and it seems to work pretty good.. wonder if i would work on Ngage :-\
