both of the above codes are correct for your n-gage with that imei number on the t mobile (us) network.was this the network that you bought the phone on, and have you tried another sim in it ie at&t.

and does not need to be UNlocked
To Test Just try an other SIM CARD in the fone
if you are not sure about that
