^You get the 7 codes the website generates.
Then switch your phone off, remove your SIM card, switch it back on.
Try code 1 first, then if that doesnt work, code 7, if that doesnt work, code 5, if i was you id stop there because after 5 attempts your handset gets locked.
To get the 'p' push your '*' key 3 times, the 'w' is the '*' pushed 4 times.

AVOID - This service didn't work on mine either and my phone is screwed!!!
guys, please test again.
thats not a way to ask for support.
if u can confirm wich model u were unlocking, imei and network and calculated code, maybe they can fix it, right?

I got an AT&T Nokia 3650 off ebay, which was supposed to be unlocked, but won't work with my T-Mobile Sim. I used the code generator for the 3650 and enter the 1st code, then the 7th code -- got code error both times.
Now what? I feel absolutely stupid, because I found out today that I could have bought a brand new one from T-Mobile for $299 less a $150 rebate - and not had to go through all this cr*p. Grrrr.
HELP!!!

How many tries did you do? Also see other thread I posted... considering both of u guys have one post (I know I am new too but not new to unlocking, just this forum)...
@The person who started this thread...
I clicked on the link, and notice a box missing... don't you need a box for "Provider Code?" for the DCT4's? That could be why all the codes are generated wrong...
