Problems with MA-620

I just had for christmas a Nokia 3650, and i tried to transfer some files from the computer on the mobile (using MA-620), but the connection always falls, so it's impossible for me to transfer files. How can i solve this problem?
Every time to reconnect i change the ir speed, but it get down in a few minutes

What files are you trying to transfer? What os are you using? And have you got the adapter to work with PCSUITE?

It would help us to answer your problem if you gave the above info..
