Problems with SMS

I have a Nokia 7650 4.39.

Today when i was writing a message the phone locks... sigh...:-(
With eFile Manager i have seen Data/Mail folder, but when i try to enter into it the eFile tells me "Error KernExec3...".

Do you know any software to recover a Symbian "HD"? Similar to an Undelete...

Plz help me, i have a lot of important sms!!!!

PS Does exit a tool to read entirely 7650 Rom? An exact dump, then i could read with an hex editor...

Can you use your phone.. I mean install software and stuff?? If you can, then use a program called DesktopMsg saver and see if u can get access to your emails.. About the rest of the stuff, you probably need a flash reader and cables that the advertise on the site (DCT4?) and connect it to the phone to read a dump..
