1. I need some info about measuring with multimeter:Which component must be de-soldered from the circuit and which component can i measure while is connected to the circuit?
-resistor - i read that must be desoldered
-crystal -??? (if on the circuit, then the voltage source must be disconnected??)
-diodes -??? (if on the circuit, then the voltage source must be disconnected??)
-capacitors- desolder and discharge

2.Anybody has got crack for TinaPro6ENG ?

3. i live in Slovakia and i dont know what does ´overflow´ mean.Could anybody explain it with a simple example?
-it means: when much more current than the needed(or the allowed)??

You don't need to desolder anything at all.

You don't need to desolder anything at all.

and what about discharging caps?In the guide is written:be sure that any associated capacitors are fully discharged. How to discharge on the circuit?Connect leads together?

Maybe desoldering is not needed, but i want to make it the safest way because i want to have my M-3270D multimeter ´long life´!

i measured the diodes on a circuit, and at some of them indicates ´good´ when connected forward and reversed. But the circuit is working. When i desolder them,at forward indicates´good´,at reversed ´overrange´.Then??i think the measured value depends on that is desoldered or not!!

Answer to the other questions?

where can i find on the web component description-how diodes,transistors,caps,resistors,... are working,types...(maybe with pictures)?
