Crashy, would #pw+203235637174137+7# have worked?

(or is there a specific reason for it to be the +1 and not the +7 ?)

Yes there are some Countrys that use code +1 for unlock and not code +7like USA is always code +1

Ok then Check if all your details you gave are correct
IMEI
And Network ok
if the are then try an other sim card can be that you
fone is unlocked allready
