me and 3310 again

Hi Guys! Don't know what to do anymore. I have Eeprom tool, mbus cable, phone nokia 3310 v5.13, win98SE. Tried with diferent phones, diferent programs, another mbus cable, have checked the conections, the switch in the cable, the pins in cable and i keep having this message - Phone not connected!!!!!!!-.
What else can i do? There are cables with two ways? i mean, do u think these cables only let data in one way (pc to phone) and no data in phone-pc way?

ok
make sure ur cable is securley clipped to the phone and the battery is touching
turn on phone
enter pin
open eeprom tools
do whatever you wanted
all done
if that doesnt work you may have a cable problem

I know u don`t have to install a new userport when u are talking about win 98/se/me, but windows was made from microsoft if I was u i`ll try to install it anyway, I had exacly the same problem that u`ve got!:D

Do u mean reinstal win98? It´s a relief to know someone with the same problem. Started to feel alone here :D

No not that! I`ve attached a file from my pc please unzip that and do exacly what the readme file says! If it don`t work please write again:cool:
