Please can you help with unlocking ny 8310e. UK Orange

I have used the generator provided on this site, which stated that the unlock was successful. But when I fit any other sim card I get the "phone resricted" message.

Of course, I steamed in and re-tried the unlock code again, before noting the advice not to do so, the response I get is that the phone is already un locked.

Any ideas where I am going wrong - the phone still works ok on the original Orange Pay as you Go sim card - despite, if I'm honest, trying several more un-lock codes.

Thank you
John

Hi,

Phone is 8310e locked on orange - uk, IMEI 350844103848047

This is the code list - I have entered no1 several times but I get something like 'already unlocked' etc (first time said successfully unlocked). I did try a couple of other codes which I do not have details of prior to this one but they both stated that unlocking was unsuccessful.

#pw+826111057463715+6#

I am sure I have tried more than 5 attempts but phone seems to work ok on it's Orange sim.

Thanks for any help in advance, regards,
John

the code you need is +7 code, however if you have entered more than five codes you will have to unlock it with cable.

I see
If you use code 1 then you had to use code 2 caus of an outo lock function
but the corect code you avd to use was code 7
but now that you have used up all 5 trys you will only be able to unlock you fone with cable and software
sorry about that
i wish i could help out
Happy Holidays
