i have both program you needed. first for c55 try for DES v2.6.7 100% work if your phone not connected try to enable DES with Quick EEPROM.
For Samsung C100 try easy GPRS that can downloaded from Samsung.com

This IS for ACtivated DES Software, but i can't Upload DES Software 'cause it's too BIG Files. For C100 Try To download from www.samsung.com
