C100 / E400 cable needed

I've just got hold of an E400 and my wife recently got a C100. I suspect that a standard A300 data cable will be OK with these newer models for uploading pics and tones and using with unlock software.

Would I be right?

I've got the E400 on virgin. I purchased an s300/v200 data cable for £4.99 on e-bay. Downloaded the EasyGPRS software off the Samsung funclub website and away you go!

Can you unlock the e400 with that cable m8?
And also whats the easygprs program used for?
