How do I install .SIS?

Hi folks,

Just bought card reader today for €30,

I want to install progs, apps and more .sis files.

but.... HOW??

Where should I put the .sis files in the mmc card , and when i put it in the mmc , how do i install?

Like the user manual said
I went to manager, Options -> Install
problem izz , I CANT FIND INSTALL!!!!!!

its easier to send the .sis files via bt or ir they then go into your messages inbox, there you can install the apps to your phone.

theres a faq on tis forum bout installing stuff using a mmc card reader.... do a search for it or sth....
