Unlock 3310 without Cable

Hi is here anyone able to tell me how to unlock a 3310 without a datacable i know it is possible but i cant find the site on the net where i earlyer hawe seen it

Use "Nsl" its a service provider code generator program:D

As far as I know that only works on older Nokias.. Not anything new like the 3310 :)
