Free calls and sms

In this page http://goldgsm.narod.ru author says that he is made the flash file, witch allows free calls and sms. Is that possible and if is then where i can get that flash file for free for nokia 3310?

well i think your simcard is making the outgoing calls so dont supose that is true ! but you never know

well I hv no idea.. I got scared when I looked at the link.. couldn't understand a word.. but since the connection to the network isinsured b the sim card I dont think this would be possible!
