installing .sis java games

i have just installed a .sis java game using fexplorer i cannot seem to be able to find the game to play it.

i have looked in the apps folder and it is not there with my other .rar games

any ideas of where it could be?

press menu once and scroll all the way down to find it. sis games installed are on ur main menus.

i drag and dropped the .sis file to the mmc then i open fexplorer clicked on the game the clicked install.

i then restarted my phone and i cnt find it anywhere

is this right?

Try looking in e:/System/Apps/{the game's name} then simply open the APP file u can play it now, and if ur lucky it might show up at the menu

wats the name of the game? is it installed in e:/system/app/(name of game) ?

maybe u can get another version of the game.

the game is "karting" and i have tried to install in both e:system/ . . . . . . .
as well as just dragging directly to the mmc.

also i have java games like "soccer manager" that when you unzip have lots of small files like "CLASS Files" and "PNG Images" how do i install these kind of games?

oh my, karting is a mgs game, right. u need mgs installed 1st, den install it. go to mgs app on ur fone, den go to karting from there.

well, credits to angelus, juz send the zip file to ur fone, den rename the file to .jar in ur fone wif fexplorer, and install from there.

the karting is a sis file right.... den u def need mgs to play. all mgs games require mgs installed b4 u can play, karting is one of the mgs games. so, when u installed mgs, all the games installed, u haf to click on mgs, and select the game from there.

u can get mgs from irc. i uploaded to aloius' group, u can get it...

about the renaming, reset ur fone, and see if its still there??? if not, u haf to rename in ur pc. u haf to change the folder settings to show full display in title bar and allow all upper case options.

ok, if u r using windows 98...

go to start, settings, folder options, view tab, click on the "allow all uppercase" and "display the full path in title bar" options. den u can rename ur file to jar, den send to ur fone to install.

well, im not sure where u change the folder settings options, juz look ard and click on the options and try.
