i make my card blocked now i have puk code .. i have smart card reader multi prog 2001 xl ... do you have any programe unbloked my card ???

btu Thish sime card not for me i PURCHASE form my frind and he is out of country now and the provider want his card id to give my the PUK .. maybe have a program to unlock the card .. i have one to unlock the pin code only and change the puk of u have at lees ont time lift of pin code .. but i try it 3 time and sim now blocked .. i wan't any program to unlock the puk ..
