computer froze while flashing

My computer froze when I was flashing my 8250!!
waited for like 5 minutes before I finally hit the reset button

But now the phone is dead. I've tried reflashing it with rolis. 4.71, 4.77, 4.78 .. .all with the same problem ..
..
saying there is a problem when trying to erase flash!.

recieved 99FF99 when should recieve FFFFFF

something like that anyways ..

What shold I do now?


Also, what is the best way to calculate FAID on a 8250?

it is so important to do something with your computer while flashing?

i never do other things with my computer when i have on really important job doing, eg. flashing.

you should set the delay index higher.
