An 'Other' Section in the phones area?

Why isn't there an 'Other' section in the phones area?

I have a 'Telit' phone (made in the EU) for which I'd like to get cable-schematics and software for, but cannot find any information on these on the Internet...

If someone could point me out I would be very appreciative.
