Nokia 7250i help please

Hi i just got a nokia 7250i and its on UK virgin, when i put another sim in it say phone restricted, i have been looking around the forum and i seen this generator, so i registered with the forum but when i try to use the generator it says you should register or login on a white page, but i am logged in. So i came here for help i don't know anything about this DCT-4 i don't know if my phone is even DCT-4 all i know is this......

It's a Nokia 7250i
IMEI Number is 351460807932810
the only network it works on is Virgin UK

Could some please help me get the code?

P.S does the sim card have the be removed from the card when entering the code?

Are you really able to open the code generator link? I keep trying for three days now, and I get the same white page advising to login or register...
